In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private customers (consumers).
It does not apply to orders made by VAT-registered customers or to products intended for professional use.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
Bottles must be intact, sealed and unopened.
They must be stored in their original condition, with no signs of damage or poor storage.
They must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent, which guarantees their protection during transport.
The following cannot be returned:
Opened or partially consumed bottles.
Personalised products (e.g. customised labels, gift boxes made to order).
Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion, if indicated at the time of sale.
Return procedure
To start the procedure, write to [ordini@vegnimedaglini.it] indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.
We will send you shipping instructions.

58046 GROSSETO – GR within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
⚠️ Please note:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend that you use a courier with traceable and insured shipping, given the fragility of the bottles.
Refunds
Once we have received and verified the return:
We will send you a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any damage or missing items attributable to transport or poor packaging may reduce or cancel the refund.
Products damaged on delivery
In case of breakage or damage during shipping:
Report the problem immediately with photos of the package and damaged contents within 24 hours of receipt.
